Engineer
The role of the Messaging/Mobility Engineer will provide technical support services to Vox Mobile’s Mobility Managed
Infrastructure client base as well as client consultations and presentation of designed solutions and/or created strategies. This position will support the sever connectivity between the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and Lotus Notes
Environments among other day to day tasks and responsibilities. A customer facing position the Mobility/Messaging Engineer should be confident in and capable of presenting to Vox Mobile’s extensive cliental base. Also included
but not limited to in this role will be troubleshooting, system installations, remote administration and training. The ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments within Vox Mobile will be an important aspect of this position. Extensive knowledge of Domino, Exchange and BES are required for consideration of this position. This position will require approximately 35% travel.
Skills,
Requirements & Knowledge
· 1+ years experience with BlackBerry and BES 5.0 preferred
· Experience installing or migrating from one version of BES to another
· 2+ years experience with Lotus Notes/Domino
· Experience with one or more of the following Mobile Device Management Solutions
o GOOD
o Mobile Iron
o Airwatch
o Zenprise
· Windows Server 2003+
· Continue technology training by actively pursuing other Certifications.
· Microsoft Exchange 2003+ (MCITP in Enterprise Messaging) is preferred
· Domino 7+ certification is preferred
